Q: When can I pick up my race packet? Can I pay by credit card? |
A: Packet Pick-up Info to be announced. |
Q: Can I run or walk with a stroller? |
A: Yes! But please be courteous about starting towards the back if the stroller will slow you down. |
Q: Can I run or walk with a dog? |
A: If you plan on participating in the 10K, yes, dogs are allowed on the course. However, they are not allowed if you plan on participating in the 5K. Dogs are not allowed on buses back to Cannon Park. |
Q: Can I walk part of the 10k? |
A: Yes, but the bridge will only be closed from 8:15-10:15am. If you take longer then the allotted time, you will be picked up by a police escort and driven to the finish line. |
Q: I live on James Island. Will I be able to get downtown? |
A: Yes, Folly Rd. will not be blocked at all. You will be able to take the Ashley River Bridge downtown. |
Q: What if it’s raining race morning? |
A: If it is raining, the race will go on as scheduled. |
Q: Where do I park? |
A: Street parking is available or you can park in the MUSC Ashley Rutlege Parking garage. You can enter the garage at Rutledge or Ashley Ave. This is the patient/ visitor garage and the cost is $1.50/ hour. Please do not park on Bennett or Barre Streets in the blocks of the race route. |
