The 2014 Charleston James Island Connector Run T-Shirt Design was created by Art Institute of Charleston student Kanjana Wandee.
My name is Kanjana Wandee. I am a majoring in Graphic Design at the Art Institute of Charleston. I am set to graduate in 2016. Originally I am from Thailand, I moved to the United States in November 2011 after I graduated from high school and I stayed in Charleston with my family. I started at the Art Institute of Charleston in November 2012 to follow my passion in Graphic Design. While I was studying at Ai, I won an award for perfect attendance, and also made the President’s and the Dean’s Honor Rolls several times. I am now a sophomore student and I plan to make a children’s book to develop my skills.
In my free time I usually spend my time drawing, sketching, and looking for creative designs online for inspiration. I love to use Illustrator and Photoshop and I like to learn more about the techniques to use on those programs. I have done interior design before but I felt I could not express myself to my full ability. I love Graphic design and I plan to work in that field after I graduate.
