Motivational Moment: I am blessed to live in such an amazing town. 2 years ago, while running the Cooper River Bridge Run I found myself injured with less than a mile to go. I wanted to stop, to give up. But a local runner came up beside me and reminded me of how close I was to the end. That moment stands out and that man motivated me to suck it up and finish the race… I even sprinted (some how) over the finish line.
Running is Charleston is not only a choice but a blessing.
What’s your favorite thing about living in the lowcountry?
The views. Each long run I go on (on Saturdays) I can’t help but take deep breaths and be thankful for living in such a gorgeous community. I make sure to share it with Instagram!
